Seeking a part-gallery assistant for an incredibly unique internship starting immediately until May 18th at The House of Words ~ a new apartment building in Bushwick that has been temporarily turned into an art gallery until May 10th, 2018. Must be ready to dive in ASAP.

In addition to daily gallery hours Wed-Sun 11am - 6pm, HoW will be hosting various workshops and small dinners in the penthouse and rooftop with local organizations and featured artists throughout the duration of the exhibit. This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity to connect with some of Brooklyn's most talented, upcoming creative artists.

Responsibilities include art sales, front desk management, production scheduling, and inventory management, exhibit de-installation. Experience is a plus, however we are willing to train a motivated and energetic intern. Excellent computer skills are a plus. This internship is not specifically limited to only art majors. This is an unpaid internship, however a great opportunity to learn all aspects of sales, gain FANTASTIC connections to the core BK art community, production, wholesale & retail operation in an interesting environment with diverse responsibilities. plus short wedding

Internship is 3 days a week: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, until May 18th. Preferably ready to begin this Friday.
